Check Availability Rental Rates and Policies Imagine relaxing on your balcony overlooking the sugar white beach, you can look out over the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and see for miles! For that matter, you get a great view from every room in this beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Unlike all the new construction beach rentals in the area, this complex is only 8 stories tall. Additionally the units are very wide rather than narrow and deep giving each unit sixty feet of beach views. This complex has over 600 feet of beach for only 64 units! It features a shared freeform pool and deck. Both bedrooms, the living room and dining room feature wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Even the kitchen is set up to have a great view. There are a number of condos for rent at Seachase, but we recommend this one because it is one of the best. It is an end unit in the east tower. It has been recently redecorated with high end furniture in a West Indies theme. It has lots of extras such as DVD's, a wet bar in the living room and crown moldings. Seachase is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach and conveniently located near Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. While there are many brand new condos and beach rentals in the area, this complex stands out for its views and 1400 square feet of space. We have a slight preference for the east tower because there is a larger complex to the west (more crowded) and there is a drainage pipe on the beach at the west end. While the water flow changes naturally over time, the source stays put. We also appreciate that it is family oriented and has quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am.
