Since it is indoors it is open rain or shine on Friday and Saturday 8-4 and Sunday 12-4. Due to the popularity of the marketplace, they have removed some of the older storage buildings to provide more paved parking. The directory of merchants is sure to be ever changing, but at last check there were well over 40 shops listed. Once you've shopped the 4th Floor Marketplace, I'm sure you'll agree that most traditional and outdoor markets can't compare.
