Their goals are safety and enjoyment for all their passengers. Conveniently located near Pier Park, they have served passengers ranging from 2 months to 97 years. Helicopter tours are a great choice for a memorable adventure for the whole family.

The prices of the trips vary by the length on the trip and the number of passengers. Up to three people can ride at a time. If you do not have three people in your party, you may be able to save a bit by joining up with another rider. If you'd like to go at sunset, you'll definitely want to make a reservation.

Once in the bright yellow helicopter, you will be able to use a noise reduction headset with a voice activated microphone. The bubble window offers fabulous views from so many angles. The headset gives you the opportunity to learn about the sites from the pilot as well as ask questions.

There are several helicopter tours to choose from.

Intro Tour

This 5 mile trip is their shortest tour. It will allow you to view the City Pier and the beautiful beaches. It's a great fit for families with young children and people just wanting a taste of something new. Children under 24 months may ride free. Children 2 and over need to ride in their own belted seat.

Miracle Strip Tour

For just a little more, the 10 mile Miracle Strip ride is a great value. We chose this tour as a surprise for our daughter's eighteenth birthday. It will allow you to fly along the beach far enough to see both the City and County Piers and Shipwreck Island Water Park. Of course you will get to see everything in between and possibly some marine wildlife as well.

Shark Run Tour

The 16 mile Shark Run trip is a popular tour. Get a bird's eye view of a variety of sharks such as bull sharks and hammerhead sharks. Be sure to bring your camera! Forgot your camera? Panhandle Helicopter will loan you one and burn your pictures to a CD (time allowing) free of charge. We thought this was a great touch setting this company apart from many other tours in Panama City Beach and across the country as well!

Shell Island Tour

For the Complete experience, try the 24 mile Shell Island Tour. Enjoy a combination of all the other tours, plus go along the beach all the way to St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island.
